High Hopes Scarf to knit in 2 versions

My High Hopes Scarf pattern is now available. High Hopes is a curved collar type scarf knit from the border up to the neckline. Cast on a lot of stitches and quickly decrease them out as you knit the border and the scarf. Knit it in a single color (pictured below) or two colors (pictured above). The borders are a little different. Pull the ends through a metal ring or hairband or let them hang.

The top one was knit with Stitch Nation Bamboo Ewe in mermaid and Kraemer Perfection in Sand. It was blocked. The one below was knit with one skein of Bernat Mosaic, a yarn with a long color run. This one was washed and laid flat to dry. Size is 39" neckline x 6.5" deep.

You’ll need 200 yards of Aran/heavy worsted weight yarn and a size 8 (5 mm) circular knitting needle (or 100 yards of two colors). Finished size after blocking is 42” neckline x 7” deep. The 3 page pattern is available in my Ravelry pattern store.
